Luna, designed by Vermont artist Celia Binder, is the inspiration and face of Moon Over Vermont because she represents what Vermont is known for -- cows! Along with covered bridges, mountains, star-filled skies and maple syrup, cows are among the Green Mountain's best assets. Yet to be clear there are NOT more cows than people in Vermont (though some wish that was not the case)! More about Celia below...
Vermont artist Celia Binder (@celiafromwork), an outdoor enthusiast, who recently hiked the entire Pacific Crest Trail, logged 2570 miles in 162 days at 462,000' elevation. She's just as eager to trek the Green Mountain trails and will share her artistic talents with whimsical Luna posts and cartoons on Moon Over Vermont's social platforms. We are proud of her artistic talents and her capacity to take on the biggest and most enduring challenges!
